Birthday!

Yes its my birthday today the 19th of October. My friends have sprung a surprise and there are about 40/50 of them coming from all corners to celebrate with me tonight!! We are all going out to see a band called The Beat, an old Ska band in Exeter. Suffice to say I think it could get a little messy!

So no WoW for me tonight! Wish me luck, im gonna need it!

Right Gwendo, settle an argument for me:

Did The Beat have a hit song called "The Beat"? I reckon they did, but if not, WTF was it that did it?

I can still remember the lyrics and how many years ago was that?

"All across the world
the people know my name
I am the beat and I know you

And the chorus was kind of "I am the beat" repeated.

Anyway I would have loved to have seen The Beat live. Coool.
