Gear

WoW Etiquette

So I’ve been working on gearing up two characters recently. One is Ossyria, my Druid, who I am trying to get a complete Resto set for, and the other is my husband’s Paladin, who is working on a Holy set. Thanks to the Random Heroic queue, this process has been made easier despite long wait times as DPS.

However, from time to time, I run into situations that really frustrate me. Since my two characters are both DPS spec and working on an off spec gear set, I tend to ask first before rolling Need on Healer items. I know what a pain in the ass it is to be a healer or tank and have a DPS just roll away on some item you’ve been farming for.

Of course, politeness doesn’t extend to all players.

Gearing up

During the last 24 hours I've been upgrading my gear, 9 new purple, but I'm looking for a new weapon (staff or dagger + offhand), and a new hat would also be nice.

Pvp is not an option, neither is raiding.
Does anyone have any suggestions on where to find something better?
I'm still working on the Loremaster project, so I really don't want to spend a lot of time farming emblems, but I will if I have to.

Project Gormash: Frail fail

As you might have gathered from previous posts I've leveled my warrior Gormash to 80, and for a while now me and some guildies has set our eyes on heroics in the hopes og getting some epic drops.

Last tuesday we decided to give it a go and set off for Utgarde Keep, thus entering my first heroic dungeon ever...

Mashiem the (not so) Magnificent

I've never been one for raiding as it sounds more like a job than a stressrelieving pastime. Nor have I been a great PvPer, mainly because I've not seen the point in it. And since I'm already at 70 there's not much leveling going on until the next expansion comes.
Which means I've been at loss for something to do with my main.

Well, no more...

Stuff

I remember reading a post way back when from... a rogue(?) here at Black Temple talking about a cocky warrior and their run through Durnholde without CC at lightening speed. As a low 60's druid fresh to outlands, I envied that warrior. Surely he was an upper crust, super tank of doom or something. Well if he is, then I'm giving him a run for his money now.

Only if you raid...

One can usually trace back through life and find significant mistakes you made. Do you dwell upon them or do you simply accept them and move along?
